Sorry about the delay- been kind of busy. The thing you have located is the mixture setting. Idle is adjusted on the left side (big thumbscrew, essentially just blocks the throttle open a little more or less.) I had to just play with mine until it ran right. I first tinkered around at night, and adjusted it until right after (start tight and back it out by 1/4 turns) flames stopped coming out the muffler..... You'll here the bike idle differently and you have to try out a couple different settings before you're happy with it. Have fun.
